Far from the statistics, the accounts, the overheads and the budgets. Far from the heads in beds and booking.com ratings. Far from everything but what we aspire to do is our own little world, with our own little business which is cautiously still trying to survive the arduous, harsh Greek reality…which is simple …the economic crisis is still here and we are really never going to recover, unless we uproot the whole business and move to Mykonos. Far from all this is the small, plain, simple essential fact that hard work and love are the biggest components of any succesful business, and in our reality succesful does not always mean profitable to our pockets, but more profitable to our hearts. In fact we count smiles. We depend on them. We are grateful for them.
